Handyman & home repair in Frankfort, KY

Frankfort, Kentucky

Repairs built around Frankfort homes.

Frankfort’s housing is as varied as its hills. Downtown and South Frankfort are full of older brick and frame homes, many with plaster walls and tall ceilings.

Bellepoint sits low along the Kentucky River. Out toward US 127 and the east side, it’s mostly ranches and split-levels, plus newer subdivisions.

Each kind of house has its own habits. Old plaster cracks along the lath. Basements near the river take on water. Decks and fences fight the Kentucky humidity every summer.

Ice storms and spring wind put a crack in a wall or a fence down every year. Parker Caufield called us “for a couple drywall repairs this spring after ice storm.” That’s a typical job around here.

Getting here: Frankfort is home base, so we’re never far from a job in town.
