That list is where Family Solutions started. Michael Combs has had the crew back for “a few other small jobs” on top of the bigger work. You can do the same: send the list, and we work through it.

What a handyman visit covers

• Doors. New doors hung in old frames, sticking doors planed, hinges and strikes reset. The photo on this page is one of ours.
• Walls and patching. Dents, doorknob holes and nail pops patched so the paint goes on smooth.
• Odd jobs inside. Trim, shelving, hardware and the small carpentry fixes nobody else wants.
• Odd jobs outside. Fence boards, deck boards and overgrown shrubs that need to come out.
• The “other contractor” job. Sulena Bryant says we “solved issues other contractors could not.” Call us when a fix didn’t hold.
